back stabbed

I don't know if it's just me or what. The older I get, the more visible I see life. I consider myself as a really generous, kinda, royal, and a good person. The thing is I feel back stabbed. Hard to put in words but it just makes me question certain individuals. That's just a thought that I have been crawling up my ass for a couple of weeks.
